The Shadow Council

The Shadow Council consists of the founders and central leadership team of Fractured Empire Costume Club. We are all members and leaders with the Mandalorian Mercs, one of the largest Star Wars costuming groups, and some of us are also members of the 501st and Rebel Legion. Learn more about us below.
